WHAT IS DERMAPLANING? 

Dermaplaning is a mechanical exfoliation. It uses a sterile surgical blade to remove the build-up of your dull, damaged, skin as well as any peach fuzz. Once we have removed the build-up of damaged skin any treatment products we use (HydraFacial serums, medical-grade chemical peels) are able to penetrate at a deeper level and transform the skin from the inside out. Post dermaplaning your skin is noticeably brighter and smoother. Makeup goes on flawlessly.

We work with numerous makeup artists who recommend dermaplaning prior to a professional makeup application for a photoshopped finish. And we also collaborate with a local portrait photographer who recommends her clients receive a dermaplaning prior to their photo session. Light reflects off the face better giving an overall luminous appearance and she does not have to photoshop out all facial hair.
