A highly specialized Cosmetic Registered Nurse Injector, with over a decade of experience in the medical field, Tobi is a leader in within the aesthetics field. Realizing her dream to create her own aesthetic practice Tobi founded Medical Aesthetic Company in 2011. Tobi’s reputation precedes her as the ”natural look nurse injector.” Customizing each of her client’s treatments with her extensive aesthetic knowledge of the latest products and procedures, Tobi achieves each of her client’s beauty goals naturally.
She provides the most current and result oriented non-invasive procedures, with as minimal downtime as possible for her clients. Surrounding herself with nationally renowned experts within the aesthetic and cosmetic industry, Tobi works in Partnership with Dr. Richard Peinert M.D, F.A.C.S, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Tobi’s passion for the art of aesthetic nursing has driven her desire to continue her education and increase her field of expertise further, she is currently working towards her degree as an adult nurse practitioner. Tobi generously shares her years of expertise as a teacher with National Laser Institute, shaping the coming generation of aesthetic providers. Tobi insures that each client’s goals are understood and achieved with great success.

OUR POLICIES
INITIAL PATIENT & EXISTING PATIENT APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT /
All first time patients at New England Skin Center are required to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit. Your initial appointment will be scheduled for 1 hour. During this hour you will fill out the necessary new patient paperwork forms and meet with your medical provider to discuss your concerns, answer any questions that you have and come up with your individual treatment plan. Your $150 deposit may be applied to the initial visit if the provider determines there is enough time within the appointment to provide the requested treatment. The $150 deposit will not be applied to future treatment visits. All Filler treatments will require a deposit of $250, Sculptra will require a deposit of $500; Morpheus, Sofwave, Evoke, EmSculpt, Vanquish and other treatments as determined by your medical provider, will be charged a deposit fee up to 50% of the total cost of the procedure. This deposit is credited towards your procedure cost. Deposit fee is forfeited and non-refundable when the patient CANCELS or NO SHOWS within less than 72-hour notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
New England Skin Center kindly requests a 72-hour notice for appointment cancellation/reschedule. New England Skin Center reserves the right to charge a $150 non-refundable fee for No Show and cancellation/changes not initiated within 72-hour advance notice. This $150 fee cannot be used towards treatments or product purchases. If 72-hours notice is not provided, the patient will be asked to put down a $50-$150 deposit in order to schedule the next treatment appointment. If you have canceled without 72-hours notice 3 times within the calendar year, New England Skin Center will ask that you pay in advance the balance in full to schedule your next treatment appointment. If you cancel/No Show for an appointment that is part of a special in-house promotion, the promotion offer is forfeited.
LATE APPOINTMENTS
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled. You will be required to provide a $100 rescheduling fee to schedule your next appointment.

Jessica Bogue-Cucchi is the Clinical Office Manager at New England Skin Center. Jessica works closely with Tobi Baker- Daigle and Christine McMackin on the day to day office management tasks and patient scheduling.
Jessica attended Fitchburg State College and went on to a 15+ year career at a Quincy, MA based Trademark & Copyright Research firm. Jessica began as a Research Analyst, moving on to a Client Services Management role working directly with companies all over the world. Jessica took time off to raise a family.
A life-long resident of South Shore, MA Jessica returned to the workforce to support her long-time friend Tobi Baker- Daigle in their dreams to make everyone feel like their best selves at NESC.
SHELLY LOMBARDOZZI
LICENSED MASTER ESTHETICIAN & CERTIFIED MAKEUP ARTIST
Shelly Lombardozzi is a licensed master esthetician and certified makeup artist who started her career in the financial industry, but quickly realized her true calling. Born and raised in San Diego, Shelly began her esthetics career at a world-class resort but quickly realized that her drive was focused within the medical esthetics field. She helped open a prominent med spa in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., where she mastered her technique and skills. Shelly loves providing her clients of all ages with the tools and education to transform their skin.
Shelly completed her Master Esthetics training in San Diego at Bellus Academy and received her medical esthetics license in 2010. She is an expert in Hydrafacial, microneedling, PRP, Dermaplaning, peels and body contouring. In addition to treatments, she is passionate about providing her clients with the perfect at-home regimen to optimize their results.
In addition to skin care services, Shelly is also certified as a Massachusetts laser technician and ZO Skin Health expert.

Richard Peinert, MD is a board certified plastic surgeon who graduated from Harvard Medical School. He has been practicing since 1974 and is a member of the Board of American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is affiliated with numerous hospitals, including North Shore Medical Center. He is available for appointments, preventative care, medical care, as well as ongoing patient care.
